Modifiers offered to make it accessible for those new to working out but please take our Kettlebell Kickstarter 4-class series first, where we teach the fundamental moves & techniques you'll need to know to lift safely and get the most out of the workouts!

Sundays: Legs, Shoulders, Triceps KettleFIT Workout
Mondays: Chest, Back, Biceps KettleFIT Workout
Tuesdays: Two-Mile Tuesdays
Wednesdays: Legs, Shoulders, Triceps KettleFIT Workout
Thursdays: Chest, Back, Biceps KettleFIT Workout
Fridays: Full Body KettleFIT Workout
Saturdays: Mobility Work with World Champion Denis Vasilev

Of course, you can start any day of the week; your "Two-Mile Tuesday" just might end up being "Two-Mile Friday" :-)
